You can enquire without prior experience in yoga or meditation. We begin by discussing your starting point and whether the practice is suitable for you.
A consultation considers your individual health concerns and current care. A class focuses on guided practice and general wellbeing. Personal medical advice is not provided in public comments or group discussions.
Make a note of your main questions, medicines, herbs and supplements, and relevant prescriptions or reports. Read the consultation preparation guide.
Face yoga sessions focus on facial movement and relaxation practices. Results vary, and lifting, wrinkle removal or age reversal are not promised.
Chakra-focused meditation is an optional traditional or spiritual practice, not a treatment for a diagnosed illness. Marma is discussed within the Ayurvedic tradition; suitability and the nature of any hands-on session are considered individually.
Guidance helps you understand assessment, options and professional supervision. It does not include instructions to perform major Panchakarma procedures at home.
